Job summary

• Review deliverables for completeness and alignment with design specifications.
• Collaborate with SMEs and peers to build relationships and ensure quality.
• Support the training solutions development process and use tools per defined standards.

What would you do?

• The Instructional Design Analyst develops training solutions using prescribed tools and according to CDC process, quality, budget, and milestone standards. The Instructional Design Analyst has the primary purpose of developing training assets (including but not limited to instructor-led training, performance simulation and virtual-web-based training) based on high-level design specifications.
