Job summary

Infosys Limited in Bengaluru seeks a Senior Analyst - Knowledge Services to assess merchant operations, identify automation opportunities using Agentic AI, Gen AI, RPA and Document AI, and build business cases across onboarding, AML and related areas. You will act as the BA through the delivery lifecycle with stakeholder alignment and testing support.

Applicants should have 4–6 years of experience, strong BA skills, and exceptional English communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in merchant operations like onboarding, AML, fraud, financial crime, credit, disputes and merchant settlement.
• Understanding of automation technologies (Agentic AI, Gen AI, RPA, Document AI) and applying them to operations.
• Strong Business Analyst skills across the full implementation lifecycle.
• Exceptional English and business communication—written and verbal.
• Comfort with ambiguity and willingness to experiment and learn.

• Strong Business Analyst skills across the full implementation lifecycle
• Exceptional English and business communication—written and verbal—is non-negotiable
