Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of experience in analytics, reporting, data validation, or equivalent.
• Experience with merchant data, payments, rewards, or financial services.
• Experience with SQL, Excel, and Power BI; Python or automation skills are a strong plus.
• Experience driving process transformation with a governance, controls, and compliance mindset.
• Ability to identify trends, solve business problems, and deliver actionable insights.
• Experience partnering with product, technology, and automation teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
