Job summary

Apex Group in Bengaluru, India, invites an experienced Payments & Treasury Operations Lead to join our global fund services team. You will process payments (SWIFT, FED), manage FX transactions, review SSIs, and support cash settlement with precision and timeliness.

You will collaborate with global offices, handle inquiries from clients and stakeholders, and drive process improvements while upholding high service standards in a fast-paced, shift-flexible environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce or MBA preferred.
• Hands-on experience with SWIFT and FED payment processing.
• Experience in FX transactions, payment investigations, and settlement activities.

Responsibilities

• Process and monitor various payment types including SWIFT and FED payments, foreign exchange transactions and internal transfers.
• Review and validate SSIs and ensure complete and accurate information.
• Process fund-related payments, invoices, and settlements; manage banking portals.
• Collaborate with global offices and respond to client and stakeholder queries; escalate issues as needed.
