You will handle trade capture, matching and settlement for securities, FX, and money market instruments, using Calypso, and coordinate with custodians and brokers to ensure timely and accurate processing.

The role requires strong analytical skills, MS Excel proficiency, and excellent communication. It is a full-time position with shifting availability to support global client SLAs.

Qualifikationen

• Post graduate in Commerce, MBA Finance, CA/CMA/CFA or equivalent.
• 4-9 years of Hedge/Mutual funds Middle Office Trade Support experience.
• Thorough understanding of Capital markets and financial instruments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and MS Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in high-volume environments and shifts.

Aufgaben

• Be a member of the Trade Processing team handling trade capture, matching and settlement.
• Process Global Security transactions on Calypso platform within deadlines.
• Interact with internal and external stakeholders to resolve trade confirmations and settlements.
• Monitor transactions to ensure client instructions are timely and accurate.
• Ensure trades are matched within market/client deadlines and client positions are correct.
• Resolve queries within client SLA time frames and escalate when needed.
• Coordinate with Custodians and brokers for timely matching and settlement.
• Report exceptions as per internal controls and client requirements.
• Proactively resolve failed trade queries and document errors per policy.
• Maintain extensive communications with internal and external parties.
