• Manage risk assessment reports for maternity/paternity in EMEA.
• Troubleshoot login/access/password issues on employee profiles.
• Produce reports such as Absence, Benefits, Pension, Nordic reports.
• Process invoices for various currencies and vendor management.
• Create process maps, KPIs, SLAs and dashboards per client/internal needs.
• Ensure local compliance for supported countries.
• Participate in internal and external audits.
• Suggest process improvements in response to regulatory/tech changes.
• Handle transitions independently and create SOPs.
• Train new joiners and conduct refreshers.
• All other duties as assigned.

Overview We are looking for experienced candidates for the position of Senior Analyst - Global HR Shared Services (EMEA) to support Global HR Operations. Must possess strong knowledge on HR Processes, and Employee Life Cycle of EMEA Incumbent would be responsible for creating process maps and documentation Incumbent must possess strong knowledge on EMEA HR Operations. Ability to work on time bound HR Operations activities of EMEA Strong knowledge of HR Systems, Automation and Ticketing tool Should have proven record in EMEA HR Operations Flexibility to work in Dynamic and Global Environment.

Responsibilities

• Handling completely New Hires, Resignations and Data Management processes for EMEA Region.
• Handling Background Verifications for EMEA Region.
• Handling Employee referencing for EMEA Region.
• Handling Risk Assessment process/report for Maternity/Paternity employees for EMEA.
• Employee profile management: Trouble shoot queries related to login/access roles/passwords.
• Working on various Reporting such as Absence, Benefits, Pension, Anniversary Awards, Holiday Purchase, Nordic reports etc.
• Invoice Processing for various currencies and Vendor maintenance.
• Documentation: Process maps, KPI, SLAs and dashboards based on client s expectations and internal requirements.
• Compliance: Ensuring local and compliances of supporting countries are adhered.
• Participation in internal and external audits.
• Proactively suggesting process improvement ideas and initiate changes due to change in regulatory requirements or changes in technology.
• Able to handle transitions independently, create SOP document.
• Training new joiners, conducting brainstorming sessions and refreshers.
• All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Education: Minimum Required Degree: Bachelors or Masters.
• Preferred Degree: PG in HR will be an added advantage.
• Experience: Relevant experience of 4 to 7 years and should have at least worked for US/UK/APAC Regions.
