Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated, Gurugram, is seeking a Senior Analyst for CAD/CAFM Operations. The role supports global platform delivery, coordinating with business lines to meet service standards and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidate brings 4–6 years of experience in CAD/CAFM, Revit/AutoCAD proficiency, and strong communication. The position is on-site in Gurugram with 40-hour weeks and a comprehensive rewards program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a real estate discipline preferred.
• 4 - 6 years of experience.
• Project management skills, budgeting, team handling, coordination, decision making and good communication skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of Revit families and templates for technology.
• Proven design skills.
• Experience with commercial (office) architectural, engineering or construction drawings.
• Knowledge of CAFM/IWMS technology (FM:Systems, TRIRIGA, Archibus, etc.)
• Ability to work in 3D environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office Outlook, Word and Excel required.
• Advanced knowledge in building information modelling programs and applicable techniques.
• Ability to effectively meet and accommodate deadlines on multiple projects.
• Ability to work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Drawings support and updates for new customers; review AutoCAD drawings and field redlines.
• Maintain 2D/3D CAD drawings and prepare models for CAFM/IWMS integration.
• Ensure drawings comply with client/JLL standards and layering formats.
• Create 2D test fits from hand sketches; update as-built floorplans for changes.
• Follow AutoCAD/Revit drawing standardization guidelines.
• Prepare drawings for publish to CAFM/IWMS systems with proper layering.

High Independence

A high degree of independence is required on a day-to-day basis. Act as the primary contact for interaction with all parties to manage the service delivery, driving efficiencies, strengthen relationship with the business and stakeholders and work closely with the business to contribute to the growth of JLL.

Deliver business requirements

In this role, you will be part of team that supports global platform to ensure service delivery as per global standards. You will work closely with the business lines / stake holders to understand service delivery requirements, ensure on going service delivery. You will be encouraged to work on strict deadlines, in a dynamic/ fast paced business environment while being a good player. Through the team workflow tools provide Quality Assurance checks and management of tasks, which include:

• Drawing Additions for New Customers Review drawing files within AutoCAD and/or field redline drawings for completeness
• _Arch, _Floor, and _Poly drawings polyline and label room numbers
• Ensure all documents are in compliance with JLL/client standards and layering formats
• Creating 2D test fits from hand drawn sketch
• Performing ongoing maintenance of as-built AutoCAD/Revit floorplans to incorporate construction changes
• Following established AutoCAD/Revit drawing standardization guidelines
• Preparing drawings for publish to various CAFM/IWMS Technology Systems through drawing layer standardization, polyline to BOMA standard, etc.

What we’re looking for
