Job summary

KOTS in Whitefield, Bengaluru, is seeking a Senior AI Content & Social Media Manager to plan, create and manage content across social platforms, driving brand awareness and audience growth. You will lead end-to-end video content (Reels/Shorts) with full creative ownership and craft compelling captions and briefs.

The role requires strong video editing skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to analyze performance data to optimize results. A data-driven, creative mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in content/social media management with a proven track record of driving measurable growth, engagement, and brand presence.
• Portfolio of past work (reels/content) is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and execute content calendars across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other platforms.
• Independently conceptualize, shoot, and edit short-form video content (Reels/Shorts) with full creative ownership.
• Design and edit visual content using Canva or editing tools of choice.
• Write engaging captions, copy, and content briefs.
• Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth, conversions) and optimize strategies.
• Stay updated on platform trends, algorithm changes, and content formats.
• Manage community engagement (comments, DMs) and brand reputation online.
• Coordinate with influencers/creators when required.
