KOTS in Bengaluru (Whitefield) is seeking a Senior Content & Social Media Manager to plan, create, and manage content across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other platforms. You will own the content calendar and drive brand awareness and audience growth.

You will independently conceptualize, shoot, and edit short-form video content (Reels/Shorts) and design visuals in Canva or similar tools, crafting engaging captions and briefs while tracking performance metrics to optimize strategy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in content/social media management with a proven track record of driving measurable growth, engagement, and brand presence.
• Portfolio of past work (reels/content) is mandatory.

Responsabilités

• Plan, create, and execute content calendars across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other platforms.
• Independently conceptualize, shoot, and edit short-form video content (Reels/Shorts) with full creative ownership.
• Design and edit visuals using Canva or similar tools.
• Write engaging captions, copy, and content briefs.
• Track performance metrics and optimize content strategy accordingly.
• Stay updated on platform trends and algorithm changes.
• Manage community engagement and brand reputation online.
• Coordinate with influencers/creators when required.
