Job summary

Regnology in India is seeking a Senior Agile Master to lead and support four cross-functional teams within a LeSS product organization, providing agile leadership and improving delivery discipline.

You will coordinate planning, manage dependencies, and report progress to stakeholders, with 8+ years in Agile delivery and experience in complex multi-team environments; Jira/Confluence experience is required and CSP/PSM designation is a plus.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Agile software delivery, with 5+ years as Scrum Master or Agile Master.
• Proven experience guiding multiple teams in complex environments.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum, Agile delivery, and scaled Agile (LeSS preferred).

For more information visit www.regnology.netWhat you’ll do:**Brief description of the role**As a Senior Agile Master / Agile Delivery Lead at Regnology, you will lead and support approximately four cross-functional teams, representing around twenty people, within a complex Large-Scale Scrum (LeSS) product organization.You will provide Agile leadership across the teams, strengthen delivery discipline and improve Scrum maturity. You will be responsible for multi-team coordination, realistic capacity-based planning, dependency and risk management, consolidated reporting, release alignment and readiness.
