Job summary

Regnology Group is hiring a Senior DevOps Engineer to own the CI/CD platform and drive AI-enabled automation. You will lead architecture, implement modern technologies, and mentor engineers across the DevOps and platform teams.

You will collaborate with security, product, and engineering to improve reliability and developer experience, while ensuring governance and cost efficiency in our cloud environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, CI/CD, or Platform Engineering with ownership of production systems.
• Strong expertise in CI/CD systems (Jenkins or similar), Linux, and GCP.

Responsibilities

• Own the design, evolution, and reliability of the CI/CD and developer platform architecture.
• Evaluate and introduce new CI/CD, platform engineering, and AI-driven technologies, setting technical direction.
• Lead the implementation of AI-powered developer productivity solutions (AI agents for pipelines and automation).
• Define patterns for integrating AI using MCP or similar frameworks with secure, scalable interactions.
• Drive the development of a self-service internal developer platform for teams to deploy, test, and operate services.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers on DevOps, platform engineering, and AI adoption.
