Regnology in India is seeking an Agile Master / Scrum Master to empower a cross-functional team within a LeSS framework. You will facilitate Scrum events, support planning, remove blockers, and help the team improve delivery cadence. The ideal candidate has 4+ years as Scrum Master, strong knowledge of Scrum, Jira/Confluence, and the ability to coordinate dependencies across teams.

For more information visit www.regnology.netWhat you’ll do:**Brief description of the role:**As an Agile Master / Scrum Master at Regnology, you will support a cross-functional team of approximately ten people working within a Large-Scale Scrum (LeSS) product environment.You will help the team apply Agile and Scrum principles effectively, establish a sustainable delivery rhythm, and coordinate with the other teams contributing to the same product.
