About Position:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Agent Engineer with strong expertise in Claude, Agentic AI, and Python development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-grade Agentic AI solutions and multi-agent systems. This role requires hands‑on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), AI orchestration frameworks, process automation, enterprise integrations, and AI solution architecture. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, automation teams, and technology teams to build scalable AI‑powered solutions that drive business transformation and operational efficiency.

What You'll Do:
- Design, develop, and implement Agentic AI solutions and multi‑agent workflows using Claude and other leading LLM platforms.
- Build intelligent agent ecosystems capable of autonomous decision‑making, tool utilization, task delegation, and reasoning‑based execution.
- Develop AI applications using frameworks such as LangGen, Llama Stack, Spring AI, and other modern AI orchestration platforms.
- Integrate OpenAI GPT, Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude, and other Generative AI models into enterprise solutions.
- Design and implement memory management, context retention, and stateful agent workflows.
- Perform prompt engineering, function calling, tool calling, model evaluation, testing, and optimization activities.
- Build reusable AI skills, tools, and automation components for enterprise‑wide adoption.
- Develop and integrate REST APIs, enterprise applications, and external systems with AI agents.
- Build AI‑powered process automation solutions using .NET Framework, .NET Core, and automation platforms such as Workato.
- Design and document AI solutions through Process Design Documents (PDD) and Solution Design Documents (SDD).
- Implement Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures to improve response accuracy and knowledge retrieval.
- Establish AI governance, guardrails, validation processes, and compliance standards.
- Monitor production deployments, troubleshoot issues, and optimize AI solution performance.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and business teams to support deployment and operational stability.
- Conduct business process analysis, process mapping, and automation opportunity assessments.
- Support HR process automation initiatives and enterprise workflow transformation programs.
- Contribute to Center of Excellence (COE) initiatives by defining best practices, frameworks, and reusable assets.
Expertise You'll Bring:
- 8‑12 years of overall software development and enterprise solution delivery experience.
- Strong hands‑on expertise in Claude, Python, and Agentic AI development.
- Deep experience building multi‑agent systems, autonomous AI agents, and intelligent workflow orchestration solutions.
- Proficiency with LangGen, Llama Stack, Spring AI, and modern AI development frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of Large Language Models including OpenAI GPT, Google Gemini, and Anthropic Claude.
- Experience with prompt engineering, model evaluation, fine‑tuning, data annotation, and AI model optimization.
- Strong programming expertise in Python and experience with .NET Framework/.NET Core development.
- Experience developing REST APIs, microservices, and enterprise integrations.
- Expertise in AI workflow design, automation architecture, and enterprise‑scale AI adoption.
- Hands‑on experience with RAG, vector databases, embeddings, and knowledge retrieval systems.
- Understanding of AI governance, security controls, risk mitigation, and responsible AI principles.
- Experience with Workato or similar automation platforms is preferred.
- Knowledge of enterprise HR systems, including iCIMS, is an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of process discovery, process mapping, business analysis, and process optimization methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving capabilities.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced and innovation‑driven environment.
- Strong documentation, presentation, and knowledge‑sharing skills.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
