Job summary

Persistent Systems Limited is seeking a Lead UiPath Developer with expertise in Agentic AI to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered automation solutions.

You will lead UiPath initiatives, build multi-agent workflows, and collaborate with stakeholders to define roadmaps, ensuring secure, scalable, and integrated automation across enterprise systems.

The role requires hands-on coding, architecture diagrams, and ongoing optimization of AI models in production.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in intelligent automation and software development.
• Hands-on UiPath development and Agentic AI experience.
• Experience designing multi-agent workflows and autonomous AI systems.
• Proficiency in Python, C#, and .NET.
• Experience with AI orchestration frameworks (LangGraph, LangChain, Llama Stack, etc.).
• Experience with OpenAI GPT, Claude, Gemini and other LLM platforms.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering and AI agent architecture.
• REST APIs and enterprise integration knowledge.
• RPA concepts and UiPath architecture familiarity.
• Experience with Workday/ADP/iCIMS HR systems.
• Cloud technologies and modern application architectures.

What You'll Do:

• Design, develop, and implement Agentic AI solutions and multi‑agent workflows using UiPath and modern AI technologies.
• Build intelligent automation solutions leveraging Claude, OpenAI GPT, Google Gemini, and other AI platforms.
• Develop and manage agent orchestration frameworks, task delegation models, and memory/state management capabilities.
• Create scalable AI workflows that support autonomous decision‑making and advanced reasoning processes.
• Perform prompt engineering, function calling, tool calling, and workflow optimization to improve AI effectiveness.
• Evaluate, test, and fine‑tune LLMs and Generative AI models for business‑specific use cases.
• Develop reusable AI skills, automation components, and accelerators to improve delivery efficiency.
• Build and integrate REST APIs to enable seamless communication between AI agents and enterprise systems.
• Lead UiPath development initiatives and implement Agentic Automation concepts across business functions.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and define solution roadmaps.
• Prepare process design documents, solution design documents, architecture diagrams, and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and adoption.
• Monitor production environments, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing support for deployed solutions.
• Participate in solution reviews, technical discussions, estimations, and project planning activities.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise security, governance, and quality standards.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• 8 to 12 years of experience in intelligent automation, software development, or enterprise application development.
• Strong hands‑on expertise in UiPath development and Agentic AI solutions.
• Proven experience designing and implementing multi‑agent workflows and autonomous AI systems.
• Strong proficiency in Python, C#, and .NET Framework/.NET Core technologies.
• Hands‑on experience with LangGraph, LangChain, Llama Stack, Spring AI, or similar AI orchestration frameworks.
• Experience integrating and working with OpenAI GPT, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, and other LLM platforms.
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering, AI agent architecture, and reasoning workflows.
• Expertise in REST APIs, web services, and enterprise application integration.
• Strong understanding of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) concepts and UiPath architecture.
• Experience building reusable automation components and AI‑powered business solutions.
• Familiarity with enterprise HR platforms such as Workday, ADP, and iCIMS.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies and modern application architectures.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
