Persistent Systems Limited is seeking a Senior UiPath Developer in Pune with 8-12 years of experience to design, develop, and deploy intelligent automation using UiPath and AI-powered tools.

You will lead enterprise-grade RPA deployments, integrate with enterprise systems, and collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver scalable automation solutions that drive efficiency and transformation.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of software development or automation experience.
• Strong hands-on UiPath, RPA and Python proficiency.
• Knowledge of UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, Robots and enterprise automation frameworks.
• Experience integrating automation with enterprise apps, databases and APIs.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying intelligent automation solutions that leverage UiPath, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Agentic AI capabilities. This role involves working closely with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable automation solutions that enhance operational efficiency and support digital transformation initiatives.

What You'll Do:

• Design, develop, and implement intelligent automation solutions using UiPath and related automation technologies.
• Build, test, and deploy enterprise-grade RPA workflows while following governance, security, and development best practices.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop scalable automation frameworks and reusable components to support business process automation.
• Integrate AI technologies, including Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs), within automation workflows.
• Build intelligent automation solutions using Document Understanding and Communications Mining capabilities.
• Implement Agentic Automation strategies to improve process efficiency and automate complex business workflows.
• Integrate automation solutions with enterprise systems, databases, APIs, and third-party applications.
• Conduct unit testing, integration testing, debugging, and performance tuning of automation solutions.
• Monitor and maintain automation workflows to ensure reliability, scalability, and operational excellence.
• Provide technical guidance, support, and training to team members and business users.
• Create and maintain technical design documents, solution documentation, and operational runbooks.
• Support production deployments and troubleshoot issues across automation environments.
• Stay updated on emerging trends and advancements in RPA, Intelligent Automation, Generative AI, and Agentic AI technologies.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• 8-12 years of experience in software development, automation, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong hands-on expertise in UiPath, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and Python.
• Extensive experience in UiPath development, which is considered a critical requirement for this role.
• Strong understanding of UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, Robots, and enterprise automation frameworks.
• Proficiency in Python development and REST API integration.
• Experience integrating automation solutions with enterprise applications, databases, web services, and third-party systems.
• Knowledge of Document Understanding and Communications Mining capabilities within UiPath.
• Experience implementing AI-enabled automation solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI technologies.
• Understanding of Agentic AI workflows, autonomous agents, and intelligent automation concepts.
• Ability to design, develop, test, deploy, and support scalable enterprise automation solutions.
• Strong understanding of automation governance, security, compliance, and best practices.
• Experience with workflow optimization and process transformation initiatives.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with enterprise architecture and integration patterns.
• Knowledge of automation reporting, monitoring, and operational support processes.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
