Persistent Systems is seeking a Lead UiPath Developer – Agentic AI in Bengaluru, India. The role requires 8–12 years of intelligent automation experience, strong UiPath development skills, and leadership to design and deploy AI-powered automation using LLMs and autonomous agents.

You will build agent orchestration frameworks, integrate with enterprise systems via REST APIs, and collaborate with stakeholders to define roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Agentic AI solutions and multi-agent workflows using UiPath and modern AI technologies.
• Build intelligent automation solutions leveraging Claude, OpenAI GPT, Google Gemini, and other AI platforms.
• Develop and manage agent orchestration frameworks, task delegation models, and memory/state management capabilities.
• Create scalable AI workflows that support autonomous decision-making and advanced reasoning processes.
• Perform prompt engineering, function calling, tool calling, and workflow optimization to improve AI effectiveness.
• Evaluate, test, and fine-tune LLMs and Generative AI models for business-specific use cases.
• Develop reusable AI skills, automation components, and accelerators to improve delivery efficiency.
• Lead UiPath development initiatives and implement Agentic Automation concepts across business functions.

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead UiPath Developer with strong expertise in Agentic AI solutions, intelligent automation, and multi-agent workflows. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered automation solutions that leverage Large Language Models (LLMs), autonomous agents, and enterprise integrations. This role requires a combination of UiPath development expertise, AI orchestration capabilities, and strong technical leadership to deliver innovative automation solutions that drive business transformation and operational efficiency.

What You\'ll Do:

• Monitor production environments, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing support for deployed solutions.
• Participate in solution reviews, technical discussions, estimations, and project planning activities.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise security, governance, and quality standards.

Expertise You\'ll Bring:

• 8 to 12 years of experience in intelligent automation, software development, or enterprise application development.
• Strong hands-on expertise in UiPath development and Agentic AI solutions.
• Proven experience designing and implementing multi-agent workflows and autonomous AI systems.
• Strong proficiency in Python, C#, and .NET Framework/.NET Core technologies.
• Hands-on experience with LangGraph, LangChain, Llama Stack, Spring AI, or similar AI orchestration frameworks.
• Experience integrating and working with OpenAI GPT, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, and other LLM platforms.
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering, AI agent architecture, and reasoning workflows.
• Expertise in REST APIs, web services, and enterprise application integration.
• Strong understanding of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) concepts and UiPath architecture.
• Experience building reusable automation components and AI-powered business solutions.
• Familiarity with enterprise HR platforms such as Workday, ADP, and iCIMS.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies and modern application architectures.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects within defined timelines.
• Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
