The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Python, workflow automation, AI/ML technologies, Large Language Models (LLMs), and enterprise system integrations. In this role, you will be responsible for building scalable automation solutions, agentic AI applications, developer productivity tools, and intelligent assistants that improve operational efficiency across engineering and business functions. You will partner with engineering, platform, DevOps, and business teams to identify automation opportunities and implement innovative solutions that enhance productivity and business outcomes.

What You'll Do:

• Design, develop, and maintain internal platforms, tools, and automation solutions to improve engineering productivity.
• Build agentic AI applications capable of reasoning, planning, task execution, and decision-making.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline.
• 5-12 years of experience in software development, automation engineering, or platform engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Python development and scripting.
• Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise automation solutions.
• Hands-on experience building internal tools, engineering productivity platforms, and workflow automation systems.
• Strong understanding of APIs, REST services, and system integration patterns.
• Experience designing and implementing event-driven architectures.
• Hands-on experience working with AI/ML technologies and intelligent automation platforms.
• Experience leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI technologies.
