Persistent seeks a Gen AI Agentic AI Engineer in Pune with 6–10 years of software, ML, and AI experience to design, develop, and deploy enterprise AI solutions leveraging LLMs and MCP integrations.

You will build multi-agent systems using LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen, implement agentic workflows, and orchestrate AI capabilities across AWS, databases, and enterprise apps. Strong Python skills and collaboration with ML teams are required.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Machine Learning and Deep Learning, along with hands‑on expertise in Generative AI, Agentic AI frameworks, and multi‑agent systems. Expertise You’ll Bring:

• Strong background in Machine Learning algorithms, predictive modeling, and Deep Learning concepts.
• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience in Generative AI application development.
• At least 6 months of practical experience working with Agentic AI frameworks and multi‑agent systems.
• Strong expertise with LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar Agentic AI frameworks.
• Experience designing and implementing complex multi‑agent architectures.
• Hands‑on experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol) and agent communication frameworks.
• Strong proficiency in Python for AI application development and backend engineering.
• Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI applications.
• Knowledge of Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt engineering, and AI orchestration techniques.
