EY is seeking a Senior ADP Workforce Management specialist to drive implementation and optimization of ADP Workforce Software (WFS) in its Global Delivery Services team in Chennai, India. You will configure scheduling, time management, absence, and payroll interfaces while ensuring data integrity and process standardization.

You will Analyse workforce processes, design improved solutions, and deliver robust reporting and analytics to support informed decision-making.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in ADP Workforce implementation and support.
• Strong understanding of ADP Workforce Software Time & Attendance modules.
• Certification in ADP Workforce Time – PT-102 or PT-103 preferred.
• Implementation / Configuration experience on 1–2 projects.
• Knowledge of SAP HR modules (HR, FI, CO).
• Experience with cloud-based ADP Workforce solutions.

Responsabilités

• Lead implementation and configuration of ADP Workforce modules (scheduling, time, absence, payroll integration).
• Analyze current processes and design optimized workforce management solutions.
• Develop data mapping rules and interfaces between ADP WFS and other systems.
• Create and maintain SOPs and data quality standards.
• Develop reports and dashboards; provide timely insights and support.

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced ADP Workforce Management with 3–7 years of hands‑on experience. As a Workforce Management Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing workforce management processes for our organization. You will leverage your expertise in SAP Workforce Software (WFS) to implement, configure, and support solutions that drive efficiency, productivity, and cost‑effectiveness.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Implementation and Configuration: Lead the implementation of ADP Workforce Management solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices. Configure ADP Workforce modules, including scheduling, time management, absence management, and payroll integration. Develop and maintain data mapping rules and interfaces between ADP Workforce and other systems.
• Process Optimization: Analyse current workforce management processes and identify areas for improvement. Design and implement optimized processes using ADP Workforce functionalities. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for ADP Workforce.
• Data Management: Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the ADP Workforce system. Develop and maintain data quality standards and procedures. Support data migration activities as needed.
• Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain various reports and dashboards to provide insights into workforce performance and utilisation. Analyse data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential issues. Support decision‑making by providing accurate and timely information.
• Troubleshooting and Support: Resolve technical issues related to ADP Workforce. Provide ongoing support to users and address their queries. Manage and prioritise support requests effectively.

Skills and attributes for success

• Minimum 3‑7 years of experience in ADP Workforce implementation and support.
• Strong understanding of ADP Workforce Software Time & Attendance (WFS T&A) modules, including scheduling, time management, absence management, and payroll integration.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in ADP Workforce Time – configuration specialist PT-102 or Interface specialist PT-103 is preferred.
• Must have Implementation / Configuration Experience at least for 1-2 implementation Projects.
• Experience in a specific industry or functional area.
• Knowledge of other SAP modules (e.g., HR, FI, CO).
• Experience with cloud‑based ADP Workforce solutions.
