Job summary

Cybrom is seeking an energetic Education Sales/Counselling professional in India to drive admissions and counsel students and parents on suitable courses. You will own the end-to-end admission journey, conduct campus events, and deliver engaging presentations while achieving monthly targets.

The role requires strong Hindi & English communication, public speaking, CRM familiarity, and a self-motivated, target-driven attitude to build relationships with students and colleges.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in Education Sales / Counselling / EdTech.
• Excellent Hindi & English communication skills.
• Confident public speaker with strong presentation skills.
• Strong calling, counselling and closing skills.
• Target-oriented, energetic & self-motivated.
• Comfortable with CRM, Excel & WhatsApp.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound & inbound calls and convert leads into admissions.
• Counsel students & parents and recommend the right career/course.
