Qualifications

• Experience in finalization of accounts and audit coordination.
• Ability to lead a team and manage multiple client assignments.

Responsibilities

• Finalization of Accounts and preparation of Financial Statements
• Handling and filing 200–500 Tax Audit assignments
• Handling and filing 200–500 ITR Form assignments
• GST compliance, including monthly, quarterly, and annual returns
• ROC registrations and compliance
• TDS calculation, reconciliation, filing, and returns
• Budget preparation and financial analysis
• Managing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Bank reconciliation and cash flow management
• Conducting quality reviews and compliance checks
• Ensuring timely statutory compliance under Income Tax, GST laws, and Companies Act

Position: Senior Accounts Manager
Experience: 6-25 Years
Qualification: CA Inter / CMA Inter / M.Com / MBA (Finance)

Key Responsibilities

• Finalization of Accounts and preparation of Financial Statements
• Experience in handling and filing at least 200 to 500 Tax Audit assignments.
• Experience in handling and filing at least 200 to 500 ITR Form assignments.
• GST compliance, including monthly, quarterly, and annual returns
• Handling 12AA and 80G registration and compliance
• ROC filings and Companies Act compliance
• TDS calculation, reconciliation, filing, and returns
• Budget preparation and financial analysis
• Managing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Bank reconciliation and cash flow management
• Conducting quality reviews and compliance check
• Ensuring timely statutory compliance under the Income Tax Act, GST laws, and Companies Act

Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of Accounting, GST, Income Tax, TDS, and ROC compliance
• Hands-on experience in Accounts Finalization and Audit
• Good leadership and team-handling skills
• Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software
• Strong communication, coordination, and reporting skills
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet strict deadlines

Preferred Candidates

• Candidates with experience in CA Firms / Audit Firms / Corporate Accounts Departments
• Experience in handling a team and multiple client assignments will be an added advantage
• Immediate joiners preferred

Job Profile

The candidate will be responsible for independently managing accounting, taxation, statutory compliance, audit coordination, and financial reporting activities while supervising the accounts team and ensuring timely completion of assignments.
