Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Finalization of Accounts and preparation of Financial Statements.
• Handle 50-100 Tax Audit assignments and 50-100 ITR forms.
• GST compliance including monthly, quarterly, annual returns.
• ROC filings and Companies Act compliance.
• TDS calculation, reconciliation, filing and returns.
• Budget preparation and financial analysis.
• Managing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
• Bank reconciliation and cash flow management.
• Conduct quality reviews and ensure statutory compliance.

Position: Senior Accountant

Experience: 6-20 Years

Key Responsibilities

• Finalization of Accounts and preparation of Financial Statements
• Experience in handling and filing at least 50-100 Tax Audit assignments.
• Experience in handling and filing at least 50-100 ITR Form assignments.
• GST compliance, including monthly, quarterly, and annual returns
• Handling 12AA and 80G registration and compliance
• ROC filings and Companies Act compliance
• TDS calculation, reconciliation, filing, and returns
• Budget preparation and financial analysis
• Managing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Bank reconciliation and cash flow management
• Conducting quality reviews and compliance check
• Ensuring timely statutory compliance under the Income Tax Act, GST laws, and Companies Act

Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of Accounting, GST, Income Tax, TDS, and ROC compliance
• Hands-on experience in Accounts Finalization and Audit
• Good leadership and team-handling skills
• Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software
• Strong communication, coordination, and reporting skills
