Qualifications

• 12-16 years of relevant experience in mid-senior Finance & Accounts role.

• Strong expertise in accounting, taxation, statutory compliance, audits, MIS, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end accounting, financial closures, reconciliations, intercompany transactions, CAPEX, and internal controls.
• Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance, taxation, financial accuracy, and timely completion of audits.
• Deliver insightful MIS, profitability analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to support business decisions.

About Hotelogix

Hotelogix is a global hospitality technology company offering cloud-based Property Management Systems (PMS) and technology solutions to hotels across multiple countries. Operating in a SaaS environment, we serve an international customer base with subscription-based and recurring revenue models.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Finance & Accounts professional with strong accounting fundamentals, commercial acumen, and the ability to independently manage financial operations.

The role goes beyond conventional accounting and compliance, with a strong focus on business health, revenue assurance, financial discipline, cash flows, and management reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Accounting & Financial Control: Own end-to-end accounting, financial closures, reconciliations, intercompany transactions, CAPEX, and internal controls.


• Taxation, Compliance & Audits: Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance, taxation, financial accuracy, and timely completion of audits.


• MIS & Business Performance: Deliver insightful MIS, profitability analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to support business decisions.


• Revenue, Billing & Collections: Manage billing accuracy, revenue recognition, receivables, collections, and revenue reconciliations, with a focus on minimizing leakages and improving revenue realization.


• Cash Flow & Financial Planning: Manage cash flows, working capital, treasury, and cost controls to strengthen financial health and operational efficiency.


• Team Leadership & Process Improvement: Lead the Accounts team, strengthen accountability, streamline financial processes, and drive automation.

Qualifications & Experience

• 12-16 years of relevant experience, currently working in a mid-senior Finance & Accounts role.


• Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce or Finance; CA / CA Inter / CMA / MBA (Finance) preferred.


• Strong expertise in accounting, taxation, statutory compliance, audits, MIS, and financial reporting.


• Proven experience in billing, collections, revenue management, budgeting, and cash flow management.


• Proficiency in Tally, Zoho Books, or similar ERP systems, along with advanced Excel skills.


• Strong analytical abilities, commercial awareness, leadership skills, and a high degree of ownership.

Added Advantage

Experience in a SaaS or subscription-based business, with an understanding of recurring revenue, ARR/MRR, renewals, deferred revenue, international billing, and foreign currency transactions.
