Job summary

Million Minds Management Services in India invites an experienced Accounts Manager to lead accounting operations, payroll coordination, client billing, and statutory compliance across staffing, manpower, logistics, and facility management sectors.

You will supervise accounts payable/receivable, prepare monthly closings, and ensure accurate MIS reports while coordinating with HR, Operations, auditors, and financial authorities. Immediate joiners preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounting, payroll coordination, client billing, and statutory compliance.
• Familiarity with staffing, manpower, logistics, or facility management industries preferred.
• Ability to prepare MIS reports and financial statements.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations.
• Handle client billing, invoicing, debit/credit notes, and payment follow-ups.
• Verify manpower attendance, payroll data, and billing data before invoice processing.
• Coordinate with HR and Operations for salary, attendance, incentives, deductions, and payroll-related issues.
• Manage vendor bills, payments, and reconciliation.
• Maintain accounts payable and receivable records.
• Prepare bank reconciliation, ledger scrutiny, and monthly closing reports.
• Monitor outstanding receivables and ensure timely collection from clients.
• Ensure accurate accounting entries and proper documentation.
• Handle GST, TDS, PF, ESI, PT, and other applicable statutory compliances.
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and statutory authorities.
• Prepare MIS reports, cash-flow statements, ageing reports, and other management reports.
• Ensure timely salary processing and coordination with payroll team.
• Identify accounting discrepancies and take corrective action.
• Maintain proper records for audits and financial reviews.
• Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and applicable laws.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Tally / ERP / Accounting Software.
• Good knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, ESI and statutory compliance.
• Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and MIS reporting.
• Good understanding of staffing/manpower billing and payroll processes.
• Strong reconciliation and analytical skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred Candidate

• Experience in Staffing / Manpower / Logistics / Facility Management industry.
• Experience handling high-volume employee payroll and client billing.
• Experience in managing a team.
• Immediate joiners or candidates serving a short notice period will be preferred.

Qualification

B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / MBA Finance or equivalent qualification.
