Sindoori Management Services in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, invites a Chartered Accountant to join the finance team as Senior Accounts Manager. You will oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, taxation, statutory compliance, budgeting, audits, cash flow management, and internal controls.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical accounting knowledge, leadership experience, and the ability to coordinate with auditors, banks, customers, vendors and authorities.

Competenze

• CA Chartered Accountant mandatory.
• 8–12 years post-qualification experience.
• Strong knowledge of Indian taxation and statutory compliance.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our finance team as Senior Accounts Manager. The role will be responsible for overseeing accounting operations, financial reporting, taxation, statutory compliance, budgeting, audits, cash flow management, and internal financial controls.

The ideal candidate should have strong technical accounting knowledge, excellent analytical skills, and experience managing finance teams and coordinating with auditors, banks, customers, vendors, and statutory authorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations.
• Ensure accurate and timely closure of monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts.
• Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and management reports.
• Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, bank reconciliations, and cash flows.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, variance analysis, and financial projections.
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, and other applicable statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with statutory, internal, tax, and GST auditors.
• Review tax computations, returns, reconciliations, and assessments.
• Establish and strengthen internal financial controls and accounting processes.
• Monitor receivables and support timely collection of outstanding dues.
• Review vendor payments and ensure appropriate documentation and approvals.
• Liaise with banks and financial institutions regarding banking and finance matters.
• Provide financial insights and analysis to senior management for business decisions.
• Supervise, guide, and develop the accounts and finance team.
• Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and applicable Indian Accounting Standards/Ind AS, wherever applicable.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and cost control.
• Handle other finance-related responsibilities assigned by senior management.

Required Qualifications

• CA Chartered Accountant (mandatory).
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
• 8–12 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
• Strong knowledge of Indian taxation and statutory compliance.
• Good knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF and ESI.
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems and MS Excel.
• Strong analytical, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Experience

Experience in facility management, housekeeping, security services, manpower services, property management, or other service-sector organizations would be an advantage.
