Job summary

H R Creations in Vapi is seeking a Manager - Finance & Accounts to lead end-to-end accounting, financial reporting, audits, taxation, and treasury for a diversified business group.

The role requires a Chartered Accountant with extensive experience in finance and accounts, including Ind AS, GST, and statutory compliance. You will oversee real estate and investment accounting, MIS, and budgeting support, reporting to the Finance head.

Qualifications

• CA with extensive experience in finance and accounts operations.
• Proven ability to manage financial reporting, audits, and statutory compliance.
• Strong knowledge of Ind AS, GST, TDS, and Income Tax.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting operations and monthly/quarterly/annual closures.
• Coordinate statutory, tax, internal, and regulatory audits.
• Account for real estate project costs, land acquisitions, construction expenses, and profitability.
• Handle investment accounting and portfolio reconciliations.
• Ensure GST, TDS, Income Tax compliance and Companies Act provisions.
• Manage treasury activities, banking, cash flow planning, and working capital.
• Prepare monthly MIS and support budgeting/forecasting.

• Role Summary: Manage end-to-end accounting, financial reporting, audits, taxation, statutory compliance, treasury, and MIS for a diversified group of companies.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Accounting & Reporting: Oversee complete accounting operations, maintain accurate books, ensure timely financial closures (monthly, quarterly, annual), prepare standalone/consolidated financial statements, and comply with Ind AS.
• Audit & Finalization: Independently handle statutory, tax, internal, and regulatory audits while coordinating with auditors to resolve observations.
• Real Estate Accounting: Account for project costs, land acquisitions, construction expenses, and profitability while monitoring budgets and tracking customer receivables and cash flows.
• Investment Accounting: Handle accounting and valuation for mutual funds, bonds, equity instruments, and group investments, alongside portfolio reconciliations.
• Taxation & Compliance: Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and the Companies Act.
• Treasury & Banking: Manage banking transactions, fund positioning, payment controls, cash flow planning, and working capital management.
• MIS & Business Support: Prepare monthly MIS, management reports, variance analysis, and support budgeting and forecasting exercises.

Technical Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards and Ind AS.
• Working knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and Companies Act provisions.
• Advanced Excel skills and hands-on experience with ERP systems. Role & responsibilities
