Job summary

Casela Advisors is seeking a reliable Accountant based in Mumbai (Andheri East) for a full-time role. The candidate will manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensure accurate record-keeping, and support monthly closing and tax processes.

Requirements include a B.Com or M.Com degree with 1–3 years of experience in accounting, proficiency in Tally and knowledge of GST and TDS. The environment is structured and supports professional learning in compliance and tax processes.

Job Overview

We are looking for a reliable Accountant to handle day-to-day accounting operations,maintain accurate books, and support monthly closing and tax workings. The ideal candidateis proficient in Tally, comfortable with reconciliations and basic compliance, and able tokeep records well-organized in a fast-paced professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting in Tally / accounting software.
• Record purchases, sales, receipts, and payments accurately.
• Perform bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations.
• Carry out ledger scrutiny and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist in GST, TDS, and other tax workings.
• Support monthly closing, MIS, and reporting.
• Maintain organized records and documentation.
• Other accounting tasks as assigned.

Requirements & Qualifications

• B.Com / M.Com or equivalent commerce background.
• 1–3 years of hands-on accounting experience.
