Job summary

Mittal Electronics in Haryana is seeking a finance professional to monitor IDPMS and EDPMS dashboards, book bank charges, and prepare reconciliations across branches.

The role involves coordinating duty drawback, posting entries with proper narration, handling eBRC and FIRC submissions, and ensuring accurate TDS deductions under section 194T, with strong ERP and Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Good understanding of accounting entries, reconciliations, banking transactions, and statutory deductions.
• Basic knowledge of TDS provisions, especially Section 194T, and related accounting treatment.
• Working knowledge of import/export documentation, IDPMS, EDPMS, eBRC, FIRC, and duty drawback processes.
• Proficiency in ERP/accounting software, MS Excel, and bank/payment portals.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain IDPMS and EDPMS dashboards to ensure timely closure, follow-up, and compliance of import/export transactions.
• Book bank charges, Pine Labs charges, and related payment entries after proper verification and supporting documentation.
• Prepare bank reconciliation statements for all branches and ensure timely identification and closure of unreconciled items.
• Coordinate duty drawback documentation, submission, follow-up, and accounting of amounts received for all branches.
• Record receipt entries and payment entries other than creditor and salary payments, ensuring proper narration, approval, and accounting treatment.
• Issue all pending eBRCs required for submission to Customs and follow up for FIRC wherever applicable.
• Prepare and post accounting entries for partners remuneration and interest, including proper deduction and accounting of TDS under Section 194T.
