Job summary

CORE4 ENGINEERS Limited in Mysuru, Karnataka seeks a senior Finance & Accounts leader to drive end-to-end F&A operations. The role oversees GL, AP/AR, tax compliance, and monthly/annual close, while ensuring robust internal controls and timely MIS reporting.

The candidate will coordinate with auditors and statutory authorities, manage working capital and banking relationships, and lead a team to deliver accurate financial statements and strong financial governance.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in accounting close and finalization.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS and taxation.
• Proficient in MIS reporting and financial planning.
• Ability to prepare budgets and forecasts.
• Experience in cash flow management and working capital optimization.
• Familiarity with banking processes and liaison with banks.
• Experience coordinating audits and internal controls.
• Demonstrated leadership of F&A teams and processes.
