Job summary

Numerator in India is seeking a qualified finance professional to ensure timely and accurate reporting and to improve the monthly close process. The role will support development and enhancement of accounting policies, procedures, reporting controls and financial compliance.

• Responsible for accounting for fixed assets, accruals, prepayments, intercompany and other accounting areas under local GAAP, with an understanding of differences to US GAAP.
• Responsible for completing account reconciliations and ensuring that all balances have a substantiated audit trail.
• Investigate intercompany balances and establish a process for matching.
• Identify and understand the impact of variances to prior and plan.
• Assist with the month-end close process and monthly reporting package.
• Proactively identify areas for improvement and execute upon these improvements.
