Job summary

You will manage payables, receivables, payroll, and bank reconciliations, assist in tax return preparation, and communicate with international clients to provide timely updates. Based in Jaipur, India.

Qualifications

• Must have solid experience in end-to-end accounting processes.
• Ability to mentor junior team members and review work.
• Experience with common accounting software (QBooks/Xero/Sage).

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
• Prepare, review, and finalize financial statements.
• Handle month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Perform financial analysis and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Prepare financial forecasts and management reports.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and standards.
• Work on software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Sage.
