Qualifications

• Experience with GST, TDS, Income Tax and accounting principles.
• Experience with Tally / ERP / Excel.
• Construction/project accounting experience.
• Strong reconciliation and analytical abilities.
• Ability to manage accounting operations and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting and maintain books of accounts.
• Manage accounts payable, receivable, vendor payments and customer collections.
• Prepare GST, TDS and other statutory compliance.
• Reconcile bank, vendor, customer and project accounts.
• Track projectwise expenses, revenue, billing and profitability.
• Coordinate with project, procurement and billing teams for entries.
• Prepare monthly MIS, P&L, cash-flow and outstanding reports.
• Monitor advances, retention amounts, and project balances.
• Assist in monthly and annual closing, audits and finalization.
• Coordinate with CA, auditors, banks and statutory authorities.
• Ensure proper documentation and internal controls for all transactions.

• Track project-wise expenses, revenue, billing and profitability.
• Coordinate with project, procurement and billing teams for accounting entries.
• Prepare monthly MIS, P&L, cash-flow and outstanding reports.
• Monitor advances, retention amounts, TDS receivables/payables and other project-related balances.
• Assist in monthly and annual closing, audits and finalization of accounts.
• Coordinate with CA, auditors, banks and statutory authorities.
• Ensure proper documentation and internal controls for all financial transactions.

Required Skills:
