Job summary

Penta Orthodontics in Kerala seeks an experienced Chartered Accountant or commerce graduate to lead financial planning, accounting, and compliance. The role covers budgeting, cash flow, payroll, and cost analysis within a manufacturing setup.

You will standardize processes, implement ERP improvements, and supervise the accounts team to ensure timely, accurate reporting and control. Experience in manufacturing accounting and GST is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's in commerce; CA Inter / CMA preferred.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of GST, Income Tax, and compliance.
• Proficiency in Tally Prime and MS Excel.
• Manufacturing industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial statements; analyze variances and performance.
• Maintain books and ensure GST, Income Tax compliance.
• Monitor cash flow, receivables, payables, working capital.
• Implement internal controls and coordinate with auditors.
• Manage banking operations, credit facilities, and payments.
• Generate MIS reports and provide financial insights to management.
• Supervise accounts team and ensure timely task completion.
• Oversee payments, collections, and credit control.
• Product costing, pricing support, and margin analysis.
• Monitor inventory valuation and fixed asset accounting.
• Process payroll, ensure statutory compliance, and employee reimbursements.
• Manage and optimize Tally Prime / ERP systems.
• Handle manufacturing accounting (BOM, production, costing).
• Verify sales and purchase invoices with GST compliance.
• Manage e-commerce accounting and reconciliations.
• Support new product setup (HSN, GST, pricing).
• Implement SOPs, automation, and process improvements.
