Role Description

The Senior Accountant is a full-time, on-site role based in Devanahalli, responsible for overseeing the financial accounting and reporting functions for R & Y Realty. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing general ledgers, preparing and reviewing financial statements, monitoring accounts payable and receivable, and reconciling bank and cash accounts. The role also involves budgeting and forecasting support, cost analysis for projects, tracking construction and development expenses, and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements. The Senior Accountant will collaborate with project, operations, and leadership teams to provide financial insights, maintain internal controls, and support audits. This position requires a high level of accuracy, integrity, and ownership in all financial processes.

• Candidates should possess strong core accounting skills, including general ledger management, financial statement preparation, and reconciliation capabilities.
• Candidates should possess skills in budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, and financial planning to support real estate projects and organizational growth.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of tax laws, statutory compliance, and audit processes, preferably with exposure to real estate or construction sectors.
