Job summary

ProHub Technologies in Bengaluru (Sarjapura road area) is seeking an Accountant – Real Estate to join our on-site finance team. You will manage daily accounting for real estate projects, recording transactions, reconciling ledgers, and maintaining accurate ledgers.

The role requires preparing and reviewing invoices, rental statements, and expense reports while tracking project costs and supporting budgeting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance/Commerce required; CA/CMA is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Experience with GST/compliance and real estate accounting practices.

Role Description

The Accountant – Real Estate role at a developer and builders in Sarjapura road, position is a full-time, on-site position located in Bengaluru East. The role involves managing day-to-day accounting operations for real estate projects, including recording transactions, reconciling accounts, and maintaining accurate ledgers. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing invoices, rental statements, and expense reports, tracking project costs, and supporting budgeting and forecasting activities. The accountant will ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls, and prepare periodic financial reports for management and stakeholders. The role also requires coordination with internal teams, clients, and external vendors to resolve queries, support audits, and provide timely financial information.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and real estate-specific accounting practices.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or similar), MS Excel, and basic data analysis tools.
• Experience in managing accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance.
• Understanding of taxation, GST, and compliance requirements relevant to real estate and corporate finance.
• Excellent attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with internal teams, clients, and external partners.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications (CA, CMA, or equivalent) are an advantage.
• Prior experience in real estate accounting or property management finance is preferred.
