About the Role - Senior Accountant

In this role, you will be part of a high-performing global accounting team that ensures the integrity and accuracy of Xactly s financial records. Based in Bangalore, India, and reporting directly to our Accounting Operations Manager (India), you will play a critical role in general ledger accounting, core month-end close workflows, and cross-border financial processes while driving operational excellence and continuous improvement across regions. Additionally, you will support corporate Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) reporting initiatives in close collaboration with the ESG Program Manager.
