Job summary

Qualifications

• B.Com / M.Com degree required.
• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Hands-on Zoho Books experience mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax and export accounting.
• Experience in shoe/footwear manufacturing preferred.
• Understanding of inventory, BOMs, job work and manufacturing accounting.
• Analytical, reconciliation, reporting and communication skills.
• Ability to independently handle accounts finalization and audits.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day financial accounting and bookkeeping using Zoho Books.
• Handle GST compliance including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, ITC reconciliation, e-Way Bills and e-Invoicing.
• Manage TDS, Income Tax compliance and statutory filings.
• Handle export accounting—Duty Drawback, RoDTEP, LC documentation, e-BRC.
• Manage foreign exchange transactions and gain/loss accounting.
• Prepare Trial Balance, Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet and other financial reports.
• Independently manage accounts finalization and coordination with auditors.
• Ensure accurate accounting of material purchases, BOMs, job work, inventory and production-related transactions.
• Monitor receivables, payables, bank reconciliations and other financial entries.
• Ensure timely compliance with tax and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day financial accounting and bookkeeping using Zoho Books.
• Handle complete GST compliance, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, ITC reconciliation, e-Way Bills, and e-Invoicing.
• Manage TDS, Income Tax compliance, and statutory filings.
• Handle export accounting, including Duty Drawback, RoDTEP, Letter of Credit (LC) documentation, e-BRC, and export bill tracking.
• Manage foreign exchange transactions and gain/loss accounting.
• Prepare Trial Balance, Profit & Loss Account, Balance Sheet, and other financial reports.

• Ensure accurate accounting of material purchases, BOMs, job work, inventory, and production-related transactions.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Qualification: B.Com / M.Com;
• Experience: Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Mandatory hands-on experience with Zoho Books.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, export accounting, and statutory compliance.
• Experience in the shoe/footwear manufacturing industry preferred.
• Good understanding of inventory, material BOMs, job work, and manufacturing accounting.
• Strong analytical, reconciliation, reporting, and communication skills.
• Ability to independently handle accounts finalization and audits.
