Job summary

Soulfide Solutions seeks an Accountant / Senior Accountant to manage day-to-day bookkeeping and financial reporting using Zoho Books.

Role requires 4+ years of accounting experience, strong Excel skills, GST and TDS knowledge, and the ability to work independently to ensure accurate books.

Location: AUK Chambers, 2nd Floor, Thumkunta Village, Secunderabad, Telangana 500078. On-site position.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant Accounting & Finance experience.
• Hands-on experience with Zoho Books / Zoho Finance.
• Good knowledge of GST and TDS.
• Strong MS Excel skills.
• Ability to independently manage accounting operations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain complete books and records.
• Handle daily bookkeeping: journal entries, ledgers, AP/AR.
• Record and reconcile sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, and payments.
• Perform bank, customer, vendor reconciliations.
• Manage invoicing, credit/debit notes and follow-ups.
• Prepare P&L, Balance Sheet, TB, and other reports.
• Handle GST accounting and reconciliation.
• Assist month-end and year-end closing.

ACCOUNTING & FINANCE

Experience: 4+ Years

Role: Accountant / Senior Accountant

Software: Zoho Books / Zoho Finance Suite

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain complete and accurate books of accounts and accounting records.
• Handle day-to-day bookkeeping, including journal entries, ledgers, accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Record and reconcile sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, and payments.
• Perform bank, customer, and vendor reconciliations.
• Manage invoicing, credit notes, debit notes, and payment follow-ups.
• Prepare Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Trial Balance, and other financial reports.
• Handle GST-related accounting, including purchase and sales records and reconciliation.
• Ensure proper accounting entries and maintain supporting documentation.
• Use Zoho Books for accounting, bookkeeping, invoicing, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Coordinate with auditors, vendors, customers, and internal teams for accounting-related matters.
• Identify discrepancies and ensure timely correction of accounting records.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Maintain compliance with applicable accounting standards and statutory requirements.
