Job summary

Infinity Learn is hiring for its US K–12 international sales team in Bengaluru. You will connect with US-based parents, assess academic needs, and present 1:1 online tutoring programs across Math, Science, Coding, Robotics, ELA, and other K–12 subjects.

The role emphasizes outbound calling, counseling, and product demonstrations, with a focus on meeting monthly enrollment targets and building lasting customer relationships. Freshers are welcome with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
• Experience in Inside Sales, B2C Sales, Business Development, Tele-sales, Admissions Counselling, or Education Sales is a plus.
• Strong spoken English and professional communication required.

We are hiring confident and target-driven individuals to join our US K–12 International Sales Team. The role involves connecting with parents across the US, understanding their child’s academic needs, and recommending suitable 1:1 online tutoring programs across Mathematics, Science, Coding, Robotics, English Language Arts (ELA), and other K–12 subjects.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with US-based parents through outbound calls and follow-ups.
• Understand students’ academic needs, challenges, and learning goals.
• Conduct academic counselling sessions and online product demonstrations.
• Recommend suitable tutoring programs based on customer requirements.Handle customer queries and objections effectively.
• Build strong relationships with parents throughout the sales journey.
• Follow up with prospects and convert qualified leads into enrollments.
• Achieve monthly sales, enrollment, and revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate lead and customer information in the CRM.

What We’re Looking For

• Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
• Experience in Inside Sales, B2C Sales, Business Development, Tele-sales, Admissions Counselling, or Education Sales is preferred.
• Excellent spoken English and professional communication skills.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, objection-handling, and follow-up skills.
