Job summary

Forward Eye Technologies in India seeks an experienced QA automation engineer to design, develop, and maintain automated test suites using Selenium WebDriver and Python frameworks. Qualifications

• 6-12 years of experience as a Selenium and Python developer.
• Strong understanding of software validation and automation principles.
• Proficiency in Python programming with a deep knowledge of functions, classes, decorators, and OOP concepts.
• Hands-on experience with API testing and automation using REST APIs and Python libraries.
• Hands-on experience with web UI testing and automation using Selenium WebDriver and Python frameworks.
• Familiarity with basic networking concepts and understanding of L2/L3 protocols (OSPF, ISIS, BGP, MPLS, Segment Routing).
• Basic understanding of Git, Jenkins, and JMeter (or any other performance testing tools).
• Good understanding of test cycles, QA methodologies, and requirement analysis.
• Ability to write clear and concise test plans and test cases.

Responsibilities

• Debug and troubleshoot automation scripts to ensure smooth test execution.
• Maintain and update existing test automation frameworks and libraries.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Selenium, Python testing libraries, and automation best practices.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the testing process and methodologies.

Experience : 6+Years

Location : Delhi/NCR, Mumbai, Pune, Nagpur, Indore, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Goa, Jaipur, Ahmedabad.

• Good understanding and experience with Quality, Software validation and Automation practices.
• Networking basics and good understanding of L2/L3 protocols (OSPF, ISIS, BGP, MPLS, Segment Routing etc), MPLS TE, L2VPN
• Hands on experience with API testing and automation(REST + Python preferred)
• Hands on experience with web UI testing and automation (Selenium + Python preferred)
• In depth knowledge/hands on experience in Python- Functions/Classes/Decorators etc
• Basic understanding of GIT, Jenkins, JMeter(or any other scale/performance tools - optional)
• Good understanding of test cycles/QA methodologies
• Requirement Analysis/Test plan writing.
