Job summary

Forward Eye Technologies is seeking an experienced Selenium and Python automation engineer to design, develop, and maintain automated test suites for web UI and API layers. You will translate requirements into robust test plans and execute them with PyTest, collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve quality.

The role requires 6+ years of hands-on experience, strong REST API testing skills, and familiarity with Git/Jenkins. Networking knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• 6-12 years of experience in Selenium and Python development.

Experience : 6+Years

Location : Delhi/NCR, Mumbai, Pune, Nagpur, Indore, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Goa, Jaipur, Ahmedabad.

• Good understanding and experience with Quality, Software validation and Automation practices.
• Networking basics and good understanding of L2/L3 protocols (OSPF, ISIS, BGP, MPLS, Segment Routing etc), MPLS TE, L2VPN
• Hands on experience with API testing and automation(REST + Python preferred)
• Hands on experience with web UI testing and automation (Selenium + Python preferred)
• In depth knowledge/hands on experience in Python- Functions/Classes/Decorators etc
• Basic understanding of GIT, Jenkins, JMeter(or any other scale/performance tools - optional)
• Good understanding of test cycles/QA methodologies
• Requirement Analysis/Test plan writing.
