Job summary

Ajuni management Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a qualified Security Officer to protect premises, assets, visitors and residents while maintaining a visible security presence on campus.

The role involves coordinating with the security team, controlling access, responding to incidents, and preparing MIS reports. Prior security experience in hotels is preferred with strong communication and stress management skills.

Qualifications

• Shall be able to perform the assigned paper work and must be proficient in operating computer systems (Excel, Word and e-mails).
• Proficient communication (written and verbal) skills.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Experience of 3 years in Physical security.
• Ability to stay level headed and respond quickly in stressful situations

The Ajuni management Pvt. Ltd. is seeking for a suitably qualified and experienced candidate for the position of Security Officer, the position is responsible for the protection of premises, assets, visitors and residents while maintaining a high visibility presence

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Must be able to represent the Ajuni core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
• Assume overall responsibility for the safety and security of designated area and over all campus
• Shall report to Assistant Manager- Security and in their absence, he will take charge of entire shift.
• Briefing of security duties and responsibilities to Guards and Supervisors.
• Must be able to compile all reports, observation and share it to AM- Security.
• Patrol designated areas in accordance with outlined security procedures
• Identify potential security risks and respond accordingly
• Complete incident reports and required documentation for all security incidents
• Ensure all employees and visitors have proper credentials for accessing buildings (ID badges and passes)
• Respond to emergencies and incidents within designated areas promptly and according to policy
• Escalate emergency situations to law enforcement as needed
• Monitor alarms and security cameras
• Able to communicate with clients and resolve/ elevate issues.
• Preparation of MIS and follow-up on open issues.
• Hiring and Training of security personal (security guards and supervisors)
• Health check-up of all equipments and its reporting
• Able to work under high pressure situation and able to handle the emergency situations (Fire, Bomb Threat, Terrorist Attack etc.) as directed tactfully by utilizing security team effectively.
• Handling outrages, physical assault or highly tensed situations.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Shall be able to perform the assigned paper work and must be proficient in operating computer system (Excel, word and e-mails)
• Proficient communication (written and verbal) skills.
• Able to handle the outrage
• Ability to pass a background check
• Previous security-related work experience in Hotels shall be preferred
• Ability to stay level headed and respond quickly in stressful situations
• Proficient written and oral communication skills
• Comfortable kneeling, carrying, bending, walking, and standing for extended periods of time
• Ability to perform continuous physical exertion as needed
• Working knowledge of basic security techniques
• Experience of 3 years in Physical security.
• Age 30 to 45 years

SPECIAL PREFERENCE

Special preference will be given to candidates with Real Estate and Mall security experience.
