Job summary

Kroll in Mumbai seeks a Security Analyst to join our InfoSec Team. This role supports security architecture reviews, governance, and coordination across business, operations, technology, and security, serving as a central point of collaboration.

The position requires 2–4 years of security experience, strong English communication, and excellent time management. It operates in Hybrid mode with 2pm–11pm IST hours, contributing to remediation tracking and effective risk assessment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support technical reviews across multiple projects and teams
  • Manage review intake, scheduling, tracking, and stakeholder communication
  • Gather business, operational, and technology requirements
  • Coordinate meetings, workshops, peer reviews, and follow-up sessions
  • Track remediation actions, risks, decisions, dependencies, and approval conditions
  • Follow up with owners to ensure timely completion of remediation actions
  • Prepare review notes, summaries, status updates, and recommendations
  • Maintain review records, trackers, templates, and supporting evidence
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, project managers, and business owners
  • Manage multiple reviews and shifting priorities
  • Escalate delays, blockers, and unresolved concerns
  • Support reporting, governance meetings, and team planning
  • Help improve review workflows, templates, and engagement processes
  • Complete assigned tasks with minimal oversight

Job description

We are seeking to hire a Security Analyst to join our InfoSec Team in Mumbai.
