Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support technical reviews across multiple projects and teams.
• Manage review intake, scheduling, tracking, and stakeholder communication.
• Gather business, operational, and technology requirements for security viewpoints.
• Coordinate meetings, workshops, peer reviews, and follow-up sessions.
• Track remediation actions, risks, decisions, dependencies, and approval conditions.
• Follow up with owners to ensure timely completion of remediation actions.
• Prepare review notes, summaries, status updates and recommendations.
• Maintain review records, trackers, templates and supporting evidence.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, project managers, and business owners.
• Manage multiple reviews and shifting priorities.
• Escalate delays, blockers, and unresolved concerns.
• Support reporting, governance meetings and team planning.
• Help improve review workflows, templates and engagement processes.
• Complete assigned tasks with minimal oversight

Job description

We are seeking to hire a Security Analyst to join our InfoSec Team in Mumbai. This resource will support the security architecture team in technical reviews and assessments, will coordinate security reviews, stakeholder engagement, and conduct project activities.
