Job summary

ARKRAY, Inc. in Surat is seeking a seasoned packaging professional with 5+ years in pharma/healthcare/food packing to lead the packaging operations. The role emphasizes regulatory exposure, cost control, and ensuring cGMP compliance across the line.

You will drive Lean initiatives, coordinate with QA/QC for validations, supervise training of executives and technicians, and ensure efficient material consumption on commercial batches.

Qualifications

• Min 5 years' experience in packing department in pharma/Healthcare/Food processing.
• Hands-on experience with UK MHRA or US FDA procedures.
• Experience in equipment procurement, installation and startup, validation and trial production of a WHO GMP compliant packing facility.

Responsibilities

• Manage the packaging processes.
• To ensure & control the packaging activities
• Monitor the yield losses during the packaging process.
• Ensure Cost effective packing material consumptions on commercial batches.
• Initiate plans and processes which minimize manufacturing costs
• On line completion and reviewing of the batch records and documents.
• Preparation & review of SOPs of the packaging related activities.
• Imparting on the Job training to executive and technician about the packing.
• Coordinating with QA and QC for validation and in-process checks and approvals.
• To maintain and monitor the cGMP standards during the entire process activity.
