Job summary

Hero MotoCorp Ltd. is seeking an experienced quality champion for its manufacturing operations in India. The role focuses on ensuring high-quality product output and compliance with global standards, while driving continuous improvement throughout the build-up and ramp-up phases of new models.

You will plan and lead quality initiatives, manage CTQ matrices, and work to pre-empt losses in mass production. Ideal candidates have 6–8 years in manufacturing with 4–5 years in the automotive sector,

Qualifications

• Graduation or diploma in engineering is required.
• Minimum 6-8 years of experience in manufacturing, with 4-5 years in an automotive firm.

Responsibilities

• Analyse internal and external failures (rework, rejection, MI/FI defects, warranty).
• Identify and audit Critical to Quality stages.
• Implement CTQ machine QM matrix and lead quality improvements.
• Analyse deviations and drive improvement projects with periodic reviews.

Day in the life

Academic Qualification & Experience
