Job description

As a Team Manager you will be responsible for Pre-packing team Manager work involves to ensure the timely packing of Raw Material (Min. Ageing), VOR & critical orders with highest productivity and maintaining material flow on shop floor through optimal utilization of resources. Maintaining Equipment to improve OEE by loss elimination and ensure 100% JH activities adherence.
To ensure packing of right material at right time at right qty for Customer satisfaction.

A purpose driven role for you

Adherence to daily Prepacking plan w.r.t Business needs & Manpower handling

• Manpower Handling
• Tracking of team member absenteeism, AVS Updation.
• Daily check for shop vs Time office on roll & ensure no gaps.
• Adherence to daily prepacking plan w.r.t Open Orders & Releasable RM available.
• Productivity achievement

Ensuring Packing of VOR & New Model Parts within Same Shift

• Close Monitoring of VOR/New Model Parts & execution based on the orders received

Achieve Operational Excellence by adhering the best practices of TPM and idea generation for Innovation at shop floor.

• TPM, JH circle awareness, CLIT, Tag, suggestion etc practice adhering at shop floor
• OEE Monitoring as well as plan for improvement
• SOP preparation
• Participation in Audits on procedures /systems.

Training need Identification for Operators & Preparation of skill matrix, make efforts to upgrade the skill level.

• Training identification and Planning

• Development of skill matrix and upgrade skill level of Operators
