Cultivator Natural Products Private Limited is seeking a Senior SEO Specialist to lead technical, on-page, and off-page SEO efforts across multiple websites. You will drive AEO and GEO strategies, monitor performance, and collaborate with Content, Development, and Marketing teams to implement data-driven SEO initiatives.

• Proficient with SEO tools including GSC, GA4, Ahrefs, Semrush and Screaming Frog.
• Knowledge of Google algorithm updates, E-E-A-T, and topical authority.
• Ability to independently plan, execute, monitor, and report SEO strategies.
• Effective communication and team coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead Technical SEO including crawling, indexing, architecture, canonicals, redirects, XML sitemaps, robots.txt, schema markup, Core Web Vitals, JavaScript SEO, and technical audits.
• Drive On-Page SEO through keyword strategy, search intent, content optimization, internal linking, entity optimization, and SERP analysis.
• Develop and manage Off-Page SEO strategies including high-quality link building, digital PR, competitor backlink analysis, outreach, and authority building.
• Build AEO strategies to improve visibility across featured snippets, People Also Ask, voice search, FAQs, and answer-based search experiences.
• Develop GEO strategies to improve brand visibility and citations across AI-powered search and generative engines.
• Conduct advanced keyword, competitor, content-gap, SERP, and opportunity analysis to identify growth areas.
• Monitor SEO performance using Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, and other relevant tools.
• Work closely with Content, Development, Marketing, and Website teams to implement and measure SEO initiatives.
• Track rankings, organic traffic, conversions, visibility, backlinks, and AI/search presence to continuously improve performance.
