Brandacy, a remote-friendly digital marketing agency, is hiring an SEO Growth Specialist to design and execute comprehensive SEO strategies. You will own technical audits, on-page and off-page optimization, and AI-powered search initiatives to boost organic visibility, traffic, and qualified leads.

You will work with content, development, and analytics teams to translate insights into measurable growth, including international markets such as the US, UK, Canada, and Australia.

• 3–5 years of hands-on SEO experience.
• Advanced knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.

About the Role

We are hiring an experienced and results-driven SEO Growth Specialist who can independently develop, execute, and optimize comprehensive SEO strategies.

We are looking for someone who goes beyond keyword rankings and understands how SEO contributes to organic traffic, qualified leads, conversions, and business growth.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands‑on expertise in technical SEO, on‑page optimization, off‑page SEO, content strategy, international SEO, and emerging AI‑powered search optimization.

This role requires strong analytical skills, independent execution, and the ability to turn SEO insights into measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

• SEO Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies focused on organic visibility, keyword rankings, qualified traffic, and lead generation.
• Technical SEO: Conduct technical audits and identify and resolve crawling, indexing, canonicalization, redirects, schema markup, Core Web Vitals, and website architecture issues.
• On-Page SEO: Optimize landing pages, website content, metadata, internal linking, keyword targeting, and search intent alignment.
• Off-Page SEO: Plan and execute ethical link-building campaigns, guest posting, digital PR, backlink outreach, and authority‑building initiatives.
• AI Search Optimization: Implement AI SEO, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategies to improve discoverability across Google AI Overviews, AI Mode, ChatGPT Search, and other AI-powered search experiences.
• Keyword & Competitor Research: Identify high‑intent commercial keywords, analyze competitors, discover content gaps, and prioritize growth opportunities.
• Local & International SEO: Execute local SEO and international SEO strategies, including Google Business Profile optimization where applicable.
• Content Strategy: Develop SEO content calendars, topic clusters, keyword mapping, and optimized content briefs in collaboration with content writers.
• Analytics & Reporting: Monitor performance using Google Search Console, GA4, Semrush, and other SEO tools. Track organic traffic, rankings, conversions, and qualified leads.
• Conversion Optimization: Identify and implement improvements that help convert organic visitors into business enquiries.
• Independent Execution: Own SEO planning, implementation, performance monitoring, and continuous optimization while collaborating with developers, designers, and content teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–5 years of proven, hands‑on SEO experience. Candidates with exceptional practical expertise may be considered regardless of exact experience.
