Role Description

The Search Engine Optimization/Digital Marketing Manager is a full-time role based in Dehradun with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some work-from-home flexibility. The role involves planning and executing SEO strategies, including keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, technical SEO checks, and performance monitoring. The manager will design and manage digital marketing campaigns across search, social, and other channels to increase brand visibility, web traffic, and qualified leads. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing web analytics data, optimizing content and landing pages, managing paid and organic lead generation initiatives, and collaborating with content, design, and sales teams. The role also requires regular reporting on campaign performance, recommending improvements, and staying current with SEO and digital marketing best practices.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience


• Strong Digital Marketing skills, including experience planning and executing multi-channel online campaigns.


• Proficiency in Web Analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console, tag managers) and data-driven optimization.


• Experience in Social Media Marketing, including managing platforms, content calendars, and engagement strategies.


• Demonstrated ability in Lead Generation through SEO, paid search, social media, and other online tactics.
